Alesia Glass-Rhodes
Founder
Alesia attended the Great Bethune Cookman University located in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida, where she majored in Criminal Justice. She continued her educational pursuits to include a Bachelor's in Social Science and a Master's in Management from Thomas Edison State College, in Newark New Jersey. Alesia is currently pursuing certification through Capella University to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in additional to pursuing an Ed.d degree in Organization Leadership.
Alesia Glass-Rhodes has worked in the social enterprise industry for over 13 years assisting multi-million dollar corporations develop strategic strategies and process to streamline operations and production. In 2015, Alesia begin provide coaching and consulting services to private sector entrepreneurs in an effort to help develop their dream business without sacrificing the people and things they love.
